K2 Adventures Foundation will ship two canisters with over $800,000 worth of supplies, computers, shoes, toys, blankets, medical equipment and more to Tanzania in April 2012.

Kevin was honored to be the recipient of his Alma Mater, Hampton High School in Pittsburgh, PA, as the winner of the Distinguished Alumni. This award is given to one graduate a year to someone that has made a difference in the lives of others. Kevin introduced 'Team Kilimanjaro,' specifically Max Ashton and Tom Hicks, as our entire team received the 17th Annual Tempe Courage Award for our success on Mt. Kilimanjaro in the summer of 2009.
