Cortney's Place

In August of 2012, K2 Adventures Foundation donated 15 disability physical therapy mats to the students of Cortney's Place in Scottsdale, AZ. Many of the students are in wheelchairs and are sedentary.

Aug 25, 2012: An application was from an organization called Cortney’s Place located in Arizona.  They have 25 students that do not get regular exercise outside of the programs and community outings that they participate in.  Many of the students are in wheelchairs and are very sedentary.  The staff would like to provide the students with the opportunity to have regular physical floor exercise to gain strength and avoid obesity, as they grow older.  They applied for 15 disability physical therapy mats.  They now have them.
